"This is an excellent choice for seeing Saumur. It is in an old building with a lot of character. My room was large, with wooden beamed ceiling, tall windows that opened, and a limestone fireplace I wish I had in my home. Ensuite had shower and had plenty of space. Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and quite helpful. The hotel is part of a very large restaurant with good food and good service. "Easy reachable, good parking lot. Fast check-in although I had to correct the remaining costs to be paid. With the pull-out couch there wasn’t much space to get around the room. The lamp on the wall had already partly come off due to people bumping into it. The shower was sticky, though visually clean."

"This is a great B&B, really well appointed old french farmhouse. We stayed in the smaller room which had a great shower, was quiet and warm. My only small issue is that I would have preferred a bigger bed. Breakfast was great and had a lot of choices. The lady who runs the place looked after us and was very welcoming. "
