Vraiment pas top question service chambre bruyante

Finalement pas de parking dispo contrairement à l'annonce, il a fallu décharger toute la voiture. Pas d'accueil physique, juste au téléphone. Chambre très bien mais bruit de fond comme d'un moteur de clim en permanence et surtout : Poubelle du précédent client non vidée dans la chambre et bouilloire pleine d'eau... et juste un laconique message au téléphone du proprio pour dire qu'il est désolé et qu'il va signaler le problème au service de ménage......

Cet appartement est très confort, le lieu est proche de la gare ce qui est très pratique. Le petit déjeuner était top et l'hôte était arrangeant et sympathique ! Je recommande !

Bon emplacement pour visiter Clermont, logement idéal pour un couple ou/et avec un enfant, propre, le point négatif le prix du parking à l’intérieur de la cour ( 8 euros pour une nuit). Bonne communication.

Personnel très accueillant, bonne organisation à l'arrivée. Bel endroit, bien reposant. Conviens parfaitement si vous voulez faire une pause sur la route des vacances et visiter Clermont-Ferrand. Petit point négatif concernant la chambre "standard" car elle se trouve sous la cage d'escalier et on entend tout lorsque quelqu'un descend donc ne vous attendez pas à faire une grasse matinée. Le parking privé est payant, je vous le dit car sur l'annonce on pourrait croire que cela est compris dans la commande. Il y a des places gratuites à l'extérieur dans la rue.

Je poste rarement des avis mais là c'était le ponpon. Après avoir réservé cet hôtel avec piscine, à notre arrivée, on nous explique que la piscine est privatisée alors qu'elle figurait parmi les prestations sur le site !!! Je ne me suis pas laissé faire et après 30 minutes, le patron au téléphone (qui nous prenait de haut !!!) a accepté de nous laisser profiter de la piscine jusqu'à 20h. Mais moyennant supplément ! Après encore 10 minutes, il a accepté sans supplément. Et après 30 minutes au bord de la piscine est arrivé une famille à qui la piscine avait été promise en privatif et qui se sont aussi un peu énervés devant nous (ce qui est compréhensible). Résultat nous avons volontairement décidé de partir de la piscine après 45 minutes, très mal à l'aise de la situation. Heureusement le réceptionniste jonglait avec tout ceci pour nous rendre service. Que dire aussi du double appel sur notre portable à 9h30 le matin pour nous dire de payer alors que le règlement avait été effectué en ligne... A oublier vraiment du fait du manque de professionnalisme et de savoir vivre du responsable.

Très bien situé dans Clermont-Ferrand, lieu agréable et très bien tenu, rien ne manque.Hôte très sympa, qui prend la peine d'appeler pour connaitre l'heure d'arrivée La possibilité de stationnement dans la cour est un vrai plus dans un quartier où il est impossible de se garer. Seuls bémols : l'éclairage trop faible pour travailler et la ventilation , un peu trop bruyante.

I spent two night here. I arrived at midnight, but they left the key at the door and I could entrer in my room even though there was nobody at the check-in counter. Room is clean and well organized, it was really nice experience. It takes around 15 min walk to central city. I recommend you to stay here if you have any opportunity to visit Clermont-Ferrand.
