"Arrived 1 hr early, wouldn't let me check in because they needed time to inspect the room...we waited 40 min, they let us in to a mothball smellin, stained comforter, and piss on the toilet seat "clean" room. The older lady up front was cranky and rude! Saw a maid vaping also...nice place yall"

"Check in felt wierd, felt like you are at a dmv. It was difficult to hear the lady at the counter from behind the glass. Carpets in hallways and rooms had stains, so had a dated feel. No elevators so had to carry our luggage upstairs. Room itself was clean and bed sheets were all clean. Bathroom shpwer had no pressure but it was woking. Goid Air conditioning. We were there to sleep and had a good night rest. Breakfast menu was fresh and delicious. Staff refilled the milk immediately upon request. "

"From the check in front desk staff to the restaurant servers, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel had good hot and cold breakfast selection. The ambience of the hotel was pleasant. The rooms are clean and comfortable. "

"Awesome hotel!! Location literally cannot be beat, you are right in the middle of everything downtown has to offer! Valet staff were very nice, as well as front desk. Highly recommend. "

"The breakfast had roaches. I got the room for a friend from out of town. My friend was letting her grandchildren, also guest, take something food from breakfast back to the room. The man at the front desk said they couldn’t do that and if they took food back to the room he would call the police. Wow!"
