My reservation was changed without my consent and my guest had to sleep on a couch because the room I paid for wasn’t available. We were given access to a membership lounge including a fresh ground coffee machine that was out of order. After a very long day, we were told that because the room was booked through a third party, two beds weren’t available. The lack of accountability was frustrating, to say the least. If this is how your company’s customers are treated, I will no longer use or recommend your service.
