Lobby smells old and musty, Rooms were clean, beds were old, elevators were very old and concerning, multiple floor tiles in our bathroom were broken and moving, was able to lower the air conditioning in our room to a lower comfortable temperature for us, stair railing to mezzanine is loose/broken, no tv’s with Netflix/amazon prime options

Our two queen room only had one chair. Corners were very dusty. Refrigerator door struggled to stay shut. Room was shabby. Valet parking was great and location was excellent. Bed was super comfortable. Room service took most of our towels the first day and I needed to request more.
