The staff was so kind and helpful. The suites were so spacious! There was a full-sized fridge and freezer and all kitchen amenities! It was really a wonderful stay and we would totally come back!

Stayed there with my family to observe the eclipse. Although they were busy with the eclipse, they accommodated an early check in for us. Hotel was clean, and they had decorations for the eclipse with some eclipse-themed snacks for the kids. Breakfast was good and they had complimentary snacks and drinks in the rooms. We enjoyed staying there.

The room was amazing but when we arrived around 4:30pm our room, as well as 5-6 other customer’s rooms, were NOT ready. Nothing was done about it other than having us wait in the lobby. We had children with us so waiting in the lobby for an extra amount of time after the check in time had passed was not acceptable.

I apologize that you had to wait for your room to be cleaned as we do our best to have as many rooms ready by 3pm but unfortunately, we fell short that day. We did address each guest individually if their room was not ready at 3pm. It looks like we were able to give you a complimentary upgrade from a 2 queen suite to a 2 bedroom suite for extra room and comfort for your family since your original room was not available right away. Thanks again!

Not what I expected.
The hotel was super busy. There.was.31 kids in the pool.10 kids in the hot tub...I spent.250 to.take my son swimming on his 10th bday and it was almost impossible to emjoy the pool and when we tried to relax in the room....there must have been a party in the hallway...we barely got to sleep.before.4.AM and slept past breakfast. Woke up in a rush and unrested.

We do our best to ensure that everyone is able to enjoy our pool and that is why we issue wristbands for the max amount of guests allowed in the room booked and we monitor the area. Our hotel is very family oriented on the weekends as all of our rooms are suites and offer more room to accommodate and we tend to see more activity in the pool on the weekends because of that. We do have security that monitors and handles all noise complaints, please don't hesitate to let us know if you experience a disturbance while you're here. I'm glad we were able to accommodate a late check out of 1pm for you today to give you more time. Thank you again for letting us know as we will utilize this as a training opportunity to better ourselves and service.

This was an excellent place to stay. The staff were some of best I’ve encountered at any hotel, friendly, courteous and effective. We arrived on a Wednesday when they were having a weekly “social” so we were able to enjoy complimentary drinks and snacks (cheese, crackers, meatball sliders, Great Lakes beer on tap). The breakfast was also much better than anticipated and fresh unlike many hotels in this price bracket. This property would be top of the list if we visit Cleveland again.

Had a great stay here. Room (double bedroom/bath) was very spacious and nice. Every staff member we encountered was very friendly and helpful. Comfortable beds. Slept really well. No outside noise. The breakfast was incredible. So many choices, and it was all very good. The pool and Jacuzzi were great. It really was a great stay. Very highly recommended.

5 Star staff!
I only stayed for one night but I must acknowledge the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Every staff member I came in contact with was extremely pleasant. I really enjoyed Ms. Sunshine at breakfast. She takes pride in her job and makes sure to greet everyone in the morning. It felt just like home. The ladies is housekeeping were EXCEPTIONAL as well. Brany and Brittani were amazing. They do a phenominal job. Keira(sp) went above and beyond at check in. We wanted to find a place to eat nearby and made great recomendations. Overall a great place to stay and although I was there for leisure, I would definitely recommend for business travel due to the wonderful staff. 5STARS!

Everything was first class. Only draw back was the air freshner diffuser that made it very difficult to breathe.

We came for a get away and the pool and hot tub was over run by kids with no supervision and they kept letting other kids sneak in the back door to swim. When my husband and I tried to relax in the hot tub the kids kept shutting off the bubbles and wanted us to leave.

There was a nice size heated pool but the hot tub was very small. Our room was clean. My only complaint about the room itself was the bed. The fitted sheet mattress protector did not seem to fit the mattress and kept slipping off the corners. Decent hot breakfast in the morning. It was convenient that there was a restaurant right across from the hotel.
