"The casino itself was ok but could use some updates but was fine. The room was not the best at all the floors had multiple stains and we had a toilet issue that the staff handled right away. Bed was comfortable though"

"Mattresses are in bad shape, so worn you roll to the middle. Never saw a staff member at The Lodge other than check in at main hotel whom was very pleasant and accommodating. Place just looks tired inside but was very quiet in The Lodge which I appreciate for a hotel. "

Thermostat on wall was broke off, front desk came and tried fixing it. Was reading 81 in the room. Shower head looks like it has been on for decades. "Excellent hotel for our visit to The Creation Museum. Free self parking, located on the Ohio River and rental bikes available made this a great hotel to stay in. We rented a one bedroom suite which gave us a lot of room to relax in."

"I loved the kitchenette and opportunity to cook our own meals. The room was very clean and the manager was exceptionally courteous and helpful and genuinely seemed to care about the comfort of his guests. He even went out of his way to personally deliver decaf coffee to our room! "

"I rent for two nights. My family and I noticed when walking down the hall the carpet looked like it had been vacuum in a few days. The toilet in the room we had the first night wasn't even bolted to the floor, when we pulled the fitted sheets back to check wr found hair then we had spiders crawling on the ceiling. "No matter which staff, they were all very friendly and helpful. Always said hello with a smile on their faces and asked how everything was going throughout our stay. We loved the option of afternoon snacks and the popcorn was a plus. "
