Don’t miss the Prosecco Welcome and the hotel owners talk on the history of the local area and Abbeyglen Castle itself. It was absolutely fascinating, occasionally humorous and brought everything to life. The owner remembered our names from the moment we were introduced. Very rare! "I was really disappointed in this property. The place was difficult to find, the building in ill repair (I tripped twice trying to get up the alley), carpets dirty and staff only available for new minutes. The walls were paper thin and we could hear our neighbour's toilets flushing. The shower door in our room was broken. There was no breakfast or at least we weren't told of any. Perhaps it is under new management? Skip this place."
