"Excellent stay at Sugar Bay! The staff were all pleasant, welcoming , and accommodating.. The location is ideal, being located in walking distance to restaurants, the market, and the strip. Our room was cleaned nicely each day and the pool area was well maintained. Would definitely stay again. One recommendation: check to see if it’s seaweed season… other than that everything was top tier !"

"The room was always cleaned when we went out for more than an hour. The bathroom and showers to. I did some simple stretches in my room to hang out with my spouse who didn't want to sit in the gym. Under the bed was spotless, they get all the corners. We did not have a balcony room but our view was still wonderful. Two birds hung out every morning in front of our window. "The hotel is isolated from the happenings on the island. I was told that the hotel was fully booked but there were no other cars onsite besides my rental. There was no one available for common questions and the gate was closed by 5pm. This was a manual gate which is fine but the lightening was bad on the exterior of the property making it difficult to see when returning after dark. When it was time to check out there was no one available and I had to shout for a while until a painter came down...

"The property was awesome, the 2-bedroom villa was excellent and the whole staff was pleasant. However, they will have to figure out the seaweed issue, because not being able to use the beach at the resort can’t be a long-term solution."
