"3 nights there- last night very noisy couple above who were awfully loud all night. Poor soundproofing and also loose tap In Bathroom and bulb missing and woke up to water leaking from above through bathroom light. Checked out early due to lack of sleep by noise from above! "Our room was cold, we were woken during night by the cold. We could not adjust the Aircon to make the room warmer, very disappointing. Asked to leave dining room at 10pm and take our coffees through to reception area, a little early. A little disappointing."
