"Great location and central. Across from beach. Issues with moths they were everywhere and cockroach in our bathroom. Some of the light switches and power points didn’t work in our room. But the room looked to be recently renovated, service was great. Pool wasn’t really heated as indicated and didn’t like location of sauna inside woman’s bathroom nor that they were separate to men’s. "The boat harbour view was pleasant from our room.
The extra bed in the room should have been a King single, our son’s feet were hanging off the end.
The basin in the bathroom was very very low.
The shower needed a good scrub.

"The property appeared to be new or recently renovated, and overall, the room was spacious, clean, and located in a quiet neighbourhood. I stayed for one night while attending a wedding reception nearby.

The most disappointing aspect, and the sight that...

"Kula is a lovely property. The apartments are well presented, spacious and comfortable. The location is also great and walkable to the beach and mall. There were some issues with one of the lifts not working, however the team communicated quickly and clearly and it was rectified the next day. I would suggest the addition of stoppers on all of the doors, as they bang onto the wardrobe mirrors and could cause breakage. There is also one needed on the outside of the mirror bathroom cabinet.
