"The hotel was clean and professionally run. The room was clean but in need of updating It took time finding an ice machine that worked. The room wasn’t serviced daily as I asked. Desk staff was friendly and professional."

"The staff were more than accommodating letting us check in early and worked with us on a couple concerns. First concern: lots of construction going on, dead bolt on door not in working order, and bathroom door slides with no latch or lock. Second concern: bedding was significantly stained. The GM offered to refund our stay if we chose to leave and bedding was promptly changed to clean linens. Ultimately, we stayed and had a comfortable stay with hot coffee in the morning!"

"The pool and pool area were filthy. The smell of pot was everywhere. Two cars were parked at the front canopy playing loud music and their owners smoking pot. Right in the front door of the hotel for hours and nothing was done to stop it. Room was not clean. Housekeeping didn’t take trash out of the room.
