"We were never able to get wifi, and the coffee pods were used. Which is ok considering that the accessory packs for coffee weren't refilled either. No cups either, but if that's the worst thing, everything else was pretty good. Multiple options for eating, if you need a quick snack there's vending machines with microwave meals"

"I checked in and checked out as soon as I saw the room.
Stained bedding. Non smoking room reeked of smoke. No safety lock. Door was not secure. Holes in walls. Loose light fixtures. Too many things wrong to list."
