"A gem in downtown Guayaquil. The best part of this hotel is its incredible tropical courtyard with a pool and waterfall; a true oasis to unwind right in the middle of the city. The location is unbeatable: it is right next to the Metropolitan Cathedral and just a short walk from Malecón 2000 and the Iguana Park. Plus, the free 24-hour airport shuttle adds great convenience and peace of mind. The rooms are spacious, the buffet breakfast is varied and delicious, and the staff stands out for their...

The check in process is terrible. If you don’t have a confirmed reservation. You can’t get inside the property not even to wait in the lobby. There’s no guess wifi downstairs either. So if your service sucks, good luck.
They ask for ID’s for every person that will be inside the building. If your guess is not there to register with you. They can’t visit you after.
The only good thing about this place. It’s in a nice location. Inside the unit...

"El departamento estuvo bien pero el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, estuvimos horas ahí, fue desesperante. Después nos cambiaron de departamento y ahí si funcionó súper bien todo! No hay donde dejar las maletas pero fuera de eso, bien. La dueña amable, el señor de la recepción fue honestamente la peor atención en mi vida."
