Good hotel and we did enjoy it. There is lots of small issues that didn't affect us but may be important to others... Phone in room not working Safe in room needs resetting, so not working Deceptive issues like bathtub dings n water marks, Not all the pillows are plump

Staff were brilliant. Car park was flooded along with fitness centre and they took everything in their stride. No panicking, no outburst of frustration, they just kept their cool and offered great customer service. Very well done to all involved, great credit to the hotel.

Nice. It needs a bit work on the bathroom. The food in the Italian restaurant was great. The spa is just so relaxing. Great place. We will go back.
