"We had a two bedroom apartment and it was quite spacious considering it is located in the downtown area. They had limited parkings underneath the building and there’s an EV charger as well but sometimes non-EV cars occupy the two spots. Luckily, the wire was long and I was able park and charge on the spot next to EV spot. The apartment was quiet and comfortable but just a little dated. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a nice place to stay for us."

"This is apparently a brand new property and it's gorgeous. The breakfast is very basic but enough. We checked in and didn't like our room so request to be changed. We had literally just checked in and were told because we booked through a booking site they couldn't move us. I didn't accept that though and thankfully we were moved. The first floor rooms are weird as the windows show out onto the corridor so you can't actually enjoy light from outside as you need the shaded curtain for privacy, hence us moving."

"C’était notre première visite à cet hôtel et on a adoré! C’est un de mes favoris à Montréal L’hôtel est très bien situé au centre-ville et on avait le métro et le REM a 5 minutes de l’hébergement. La chambre était grande, la salle de bain aussi. Tout était fonctionnel. Le déjeuner était ok mais je trouve qu’il manquait un peu de variété. Je recommande!"

"I’ve stayed here twice and the last time I was reminded of why I thought I never would again. It’s OKAY. Everything is OKAY. I don’t understand how this is listed as a 4 star property. It is bare bones, no frills, period. Rooms are clean enough, there are no ice buckets - someone brings it to you on request. There is no body or hand cream available. There is no bar soap. No water bottles. You really get no extras whatsoever. The parking is a pain - because it is valet and there is only ever one on staff, you are sometimes waiting a fair amount of time for your car. But the worst thing about this place, that hasn’t improved since my first stay, is the pillows. I do not understand these things. They look fluffy enough, but after a few short minutes they turn into flat bags of wet sand. This is across the board. We all found this to be the case. Get ready for some serious neck pain. The location is good if you want to be close to Plateau or Quartiers des Spectacles"
