"When I booked this room I requested a handicap access room, which was wonderful. However, the agent checking us in refused us the cot we needed. There was plenty of room and we were told there was not enough space for a cot. Very disappointing to be told upon check out that we indeed could have had a cot."

"The heat didnt work in our room. The guys tried to fix it twice but wasmt working. Luckily it wasnt bery cold outside so without the heat on the room was at 65. Manageable but still annoying since we paid full price and didnt even have heat . Room 308"
