"Staff was great. The rest of the hotel not so much. The first room we were assigned to had a foul smell. Staff sent us to a new room without issue. In the new room the jacuzzi tub stopped working after 10-15 mins. We were told no one was available to fix it so we’d have to wait until the next day. Next day they fixed the tub but didn’t move the fridge back afterward so I took care of it. The bar restaurant area only had one cook and one bartender for the whole place and saw several people...

"This was a really nice property. We had a late check in, and arrived at around 12:25 a.m. The front desk staff were pleasant and friendly. It was really a nice surprise to see that they had a little convenience stand where you could pick up snacks and drinks, and the little bar / restaurant was still open till 1:00 a.m. So I came back down after dropping my stuff off at the room and had a beer. "The heater is set to never go above 74, if you use the thermostat to set it to 78 the fan goes on but the room never heats up. I had to sleep in pants and a sweater. All rooms are this way, booked here about 5 times because its the best location for me but at this point I'm fed up being cold. The room service just barged in an hour before checkout while I was putting my pants on. "
