The location was super convenient & everyone was helpful and friendly, the Mall of America was within walking distance, which made everything really easy. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and everything was up to standard. Overall, I was very happy with my stay and would definitely come back."

"My husband and I had to stop in for one night and it was a great place to stay even for that one night! If you are wondering about how the bed is its alright, i wouldn't want to sleep in that bed for a week but probably fine for a weekend. Breakfast was great as well and the lady who cooks the breakfast is soooo sweet and kind!"

"The staff were all great. We took the shuttle to the airport at 4 am. Unfortunately my sister’s cell phone fell out of her pocket in the back seat. She didn’t realize it until the driver pulled away. We called the hotel and explained our dilemma! The receptionist called our driver and he immediately turned around, and gave my sister her phone! Amen and God bless the staff at the hotel"

"We came to the lobby without any greeting. My mom and I figured we should just give him our ID. He took our IDs without hi or hello. He said you booked a queen sized bed but since it’s accessible it’s a smaller bed. I asked nicely and told him but we booked a queen sized bed and it says on the reservation that its a queen sized bed. He said no its not our accessible rooms have smaller beds not a queen sized bed. I asked again we booked a queen sized bed so we should get what we paid for or else...

"Parking lot asphalt is in very poor condition with lots of potholes and very poor lighting. The hotel WiFi is out of service with no date for repair. Breakfast was terrible. I will not be staying here on future visits to Minneapolis area."
