"Located in the heart of Santa Teresa, this was a decent stop for a couple of nights. Bear in mind it is located directly off the main strip, so it is quite loud at all times. That being said, the property is extremely walkable with all amenities close by, and no 4x4 required to access unlike some of the other properties located up the hill. . The living room AC kept the unit cool, and the equipped kitchen was appreciated. Decent price for the space, and property rep was very responsive."

"Gracias a Dios que solo habíamos reservado 1 noche en esta propiedad. Cuando llegamos a hacer check in alrededor de las 3pm todo estaba bien. Alrededor de las 5pm se fue la luz en la propiedad. Pensamos que esto iba a ser pasajero sin embargo la luz no regresó hasta el día siguiente alrededor de las 10am. Es importante mencionar que las otras propiedades de alrededor si contaban con luz. Al estar sin luz por casi 12 horas la comida que teníamos en el refrigedor se puso mala. Claramente no había...

"Die Anlage des Apartments war sehr schön mit Pool und Stellplatz für PKW. Das Apartment selber ist leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen: Couch durchgesessen, Küchenutensilien veraltet und teilweise nicht richtig sauber. Restaurants und Supermarkt sind in laufnähe. Die Kommunikation war bestens und zu vollster Zufriedenheit. Nachts hört man die Nachbarn von oben schon etwas. "
