"Was my second time staying and every time i go to visit ill be booking here !"

"The stay would have been better had it not been for a blackout that lasted for multiple hours. We were told we could get a full refund if we chose to leave however there was no compensation if we chose to stay. I was in the process of leaving after going up and down 4 flights of steps when the power came back on close to 11pm. I was too tired to drive home and afraid the weather could impact the drive so once the power came back I stayed. You would think the hotel would have a back up generator...

"Impossible to sleep due to deafening street noise I had a terrible stay here and got almost zero sleep. To be fair, the hotel room itself and the staff are not the problem—they were perfectly fine. The issue is entirely the hotel's location and a severe lack of soundproofing. Motorists were zooming past the hotel the entire night. "Although the staff members (front desk and cleaning crew) were very nice, the hotel was not worth the money. -Breakfast ended at 10am, they refused to put any food out and it was only 9:20am with a full line of people waiting. -ice machine was broken - laundry room was not operable - the bathroom door wouldn’t close - the room door got stuck multiple times - cigarette burn and stain on the bedding - pool was dirty (pump was off) - the landline to the front desk was not working"

"I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The biggest issue was the front desk employee who worked at check-in. She was incredibly rude and should not be working in customer service. She spoke disrespectfully not only to me but to every guest I witnessed her interacting with. One of her comments was that I was “not their guest until I checked in,” and because of that I was told I couldn’t use the pool or any of the hotel’s amenities while waiting. "The room was filled with stains. The property was not updated. It reaked from guests smoking marijuana. I would not recommend this hotel."

"I got a refund because the sheets were dirty & had holes. The front desk had no extra sheets. The tub was also very filthy. Wouldn’t be comfortable to sleep, didn’t use anything, only time was wasted."

"Facility was filthy. Check-in took forever. There is a surprise $50 refundable charge for damages or incidentals. In my room the air con worked but was leaking water which left the carpet under and in front of in soaked and smelling moldy. Room rate was reasonable but you get what you pay for in this case. Staff was friendly and seemed helpful is the nicest thing i can say. I don’t."
