"Hotel and rooms were clean.. airport pickup was smooth and convenient. Once you land in cochin airportand you call the hotel they send the car. Friendly staff. Hot water available in the room. The only issue I had was with the bathroom shower. While showering the water was seeping out to the non wet area as the seal of the door with the bathroom floor was not proper.
Food at the restaurant was also good."

"I would strongly advise against staying here. The condition of the room was unacceptable and did not match the photos online at all. The pillow had a visible blood stain, and the single towel provided was ripped down the middle. The overall cleanliness was extremely poor, to the point where I did not feel comfortable staying. I checked out after only a few hours. The listing photos are very misleading, and this was a deeply disappointing experience."
