This place is great! Staff was amazing, room was clean and spacious. The bistro on site serves amazing breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We ate there for every meal during our stay and never had a bad meal. The only downside was the sargassum. We were there in April for spring break and it was bad. The ...

Do not stay at this hotel. The resort is nice, but they double-charged for my room. I paid Expedia for the room, but the resort charged me again. Both the resort and Expedia are refusing to issue a refund. If you want to risk theft, this is the place to stay.
