He has alot of knowledge about pretty much everything you might want to do in Placencia. From places to eat to excursions you might want to take. "Room was clean, outside of living room carpet which had a smell to it. Liked staff friendly, liked pet friendly. Well equipped kitchen. Bed comfortable. No 55 inch TV no movies channels as advertised. Furniture was unstable and falling apart ie: table, chairs, bedroom end table hanging off the wall . Outside was dark, no lights outside, dark alley walk way. Staff added and fixed lights the second night. lots of trash and flys near pool shower area. Smell was nasty. Waited almost 90 minutes...
