"I had a lovely stay here in Coconut Grove in January 2026. The building is gorgeous with a pool on an upper floor and a spacious lobby. The location is perfect for walking to businesses and restaurants just a few blocks away in the Grove. The room price includes free parking in the hotel's covered garage, a big plus in the Miami area. The room itself was perfect! Comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed. The host was responsive and excellent. I will stay here again!"

"Not as advertised, no A/C, and poor cleanliness/response
The listing photos/room shown online did not match the unit we were actually given. The unit we received was materially different from what was advertised.
The biggest issue: no working air conditioning. Instead of a functioning A/C system, we were given a portable unit that was extremely loud and produced a strong, unpleasant odor (like fish / burning plastic), making it hard to breathe or sleep.
