"Everything was great except breakfast part of our stay. The guests waited behind several staff members filling plates to get their breakfast. Then guests were standing around with no hot items, fruit, muffin or bread items left. We ended up going out for breakfast, there are plenty of places to go nearby. "The bathroom was dirty. The room smells old and dirty. The breakfast was really bad and the lady that was attending the breakfast room was no polite at all she was trying to chat with the customers and didn't give us the time to enjoy breakfast and have a conversation with the group."

"I only picked this hotel because it did say it came with a free breakfast when it came time for breakfast. All I found was packets of hot chocolate and coffee and then ask the front office staff and they explained to me they were low on provisions and there was no manager to speak to due to the fact it was the weekend and they gave me a card and said I could try talking to someone on Monday. This does not seem acceptable when they advertise that they have free Breakfast."

"It’s a very old hotel, there were no blankets available, TV had very few channels, the volume didn’t work and the outlet behind the TV looked unsafe and could start a fire! The carpet had a tear in it, the lock on the glass door was loose and it also had a bar to secure the door. Parking was very limited and tight. Would not recommend staying there and we won’t be back!"

"Beautiful lobby that has natural plants. The hotel smells clean especially when walking to the room. We had a connecting room with a king bed and it was perfect for 2 parents and 2 kids because the connecting room was a little living room area where the couch opened into an extra bed. The pool was clean and the hot tub was relaxing. The included breakfast was fresh and had many options, not your typical continental. Overall I’d stay here again and it was definitely a great deal."

However, there is much they could have done to improve our stay, following some thing that were not so great: 1- the shower had a very poor drainage system, it tub keeping filling up while taking a shower and I had to shut off the shower from time to time to give it time to drain. 2- the hair conditioner cartridge was not working at all, we could never make it work. 3- The twin beds room, the mattress were not comfortable. 4- The complimentary breakfast was...
