"If you're looking to escape the hustle and bustle for a few days, this is the perfect place. The location is beautiful, surrounded by nature and wildlife, with a wonderfully peaceful and relaxed atmosphere. The staff were genuinely exceptional, always friendly, welcoming and happy to help. Easy to get to Guatape rock by Tuk Tuk. One tip: don't rely on Google Maps for the final stretch. Follow the directions provided by the hotel and consider taking a tuk-tuk, as recommended. "Excelente!! Seguro quiero regresar"

"I'm going to be fair and balanced on my review. First, the check-in was very antiquated, using fill in the blank forms and lack of awareness of who the guests are. Either Orbitz didn't communicate effectively or their system is very lacking. When arriving, I provided my orbits reservation and showed the receptionist the hotel provided email announcing my reservation. "Room size, cleaning, sevice, everything was good, as always! Only one recommendation, the size of the towels could be bigger ... the rest fantastic"

"The experience was unique and the place was cool and beautiful. Highly recommended"

"The place is very unique and the owners are on site working ! They are very friendly and attentive to your needs . I highly recommend staying here "

"Clean, spacious, confortable and very close to the Airport."
