"The place was filthy from the parking lot to the elevators all the way up to the rooms the pool hot tub no one has ever cleaned the glass the sauna there was a Band-Aid in there for seven days that we were there the breakfast bar it’s not what it is pictured it’s not what I saw in the Expedia picture of the hotel I have pictures of a yogurt machine that should’ve been cleaned but didn’t look like it was cleaned in years the filth was so disgusting a rag on the floor all week in the food area…....

"It was pet friendly which was nice. The room had a strong musty smell. The shower leaked so I had to put a towel down to muffle the sound so we could sleep. I did share with the girl at the desk."

"We did not end up staying at this hotel. We were booked into a handicapped room, which I specifically did not select and there was nothing else available. The hotel room that we were assigned smelled like stale urine and the toilet was broken. The public restroom next to the lobby was Out Of Order. "The sheets had hair in them and brown stuff. The shower was not clean. There was no microwave. The breakfast was SUPER cold. The pool was not only cold but not clean. There was water all over the pool floor and hair. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. I was not able to check in at 2:30, even though I called a day prior to arriving to ask for an early check in. "Hampton inn has been my preferred hotel for years. Lately the chain has not been a step above the rest. Not a huge deal but there was coffee drips on the bathroom sink, clearly wasn’t wiped down. The bed was made very sloppy. Sheets not tucked in and hanging uneven. Like I said, not a huge deal but doesn’t make Hampton Inn stand out from other chains. The big bummer was the air conditioner didn’t work properly. When I got in the room the thermostat was set to 63 but it was 70 in the room. Me...

"The water was shut off for about one hour and we were not told anything about it. We had to use our bottled water to rinse out the shampoo in our hair. That was a huge disappointment. We were getting ready for a concert and had zero warning until we asked"

"I wish I had caught her name, but the lady that checked us in was amazing. Friendly, personable, helpful, and prompt. Breakfast was decent, typical continental options but also some healthy toppings for oatmeal offered. My only feedback is that the indoor pool was freezing. Not sure if the heater was out, or if they just don’t have one, but was definitely too cold for our kids."

"Hotel was under renovation, so extremely humid in the building. I would recommend that if it is under renovation, it should be disclosed during booking. Staff was friendly, check-in was easy. Thank you."
