Beautiful views of the lake and located in a prime area with easy walking to all that CouerD’Alene has to offer. Leroy was a gem to work with while checking in. We’ll definitely be back!

Convenient location and nice space. However, the parking was terrible and the furniture (especially the bed) was extremely uncomfortable. There were also several hidden fees for using amenities that seemed like they would be available based on the expedia ad.

Fantastic stay! SUPER clean. Staff very communicative and friendly. Recommend the rooftop upgrade. Fabulous views of lake and the gym is spotless. My unit had full laundry and a full kitchen. So handy to order groceries prior to arrival, highly recommend! Look forward to staying again.

We were charged $150 for smoking, we didn’t smoke, they smelt it in the parking garage and we got the blame. They also had a window cleaner repel in front of our window while my wife was dressing. No warning. She was a bit rattled. Over all the person working the desk seemed habitually angry. Would strongly not recommend this property.

Rented a one-bedroom lake view. View was very nice, clean and quiet. Sorry can't remember his name working the front desk. He was very helpful and polite. Would stay again.

The building sits in a great location. Easy to walk to everything down town and to the little beach out front by the marina. The size of the unit was impressive and offered a full blown kitchen and full size fridge. The bed could have been more comfortable and the AC struggled a bit to get it cold enough at night. It is extra $$ to get hot tub roof access with the gym and parking is extra as well. They did take care of us on the parking as they were a bit overwhelmed for the holiday and everyone checking in.
