"Subject: Urgent Concern Regarding Room Cleanliness and Safety I am writing to bring immediate attention to several serious issues I encountered during my recent stay. Although I reserved a pet‑friendly room, the condition of the room upon arrival was unacceptable. With the dim lighting, I did not initially notice the dirty spots and fecal material on the bathroom walls. The television was not functioning properly, displaying a dark blue tint across channels, and the room phone was inoperable, preventing me from contacting staff. I also photographed a cockroach in the room. After driving 13 hours with two pets, I was too exhausted to walk across the building to report these issues in person. At checkout, I showed the photos to the front desk agent, but she offered no comment or acknowledgment. These concerns require immediate attention to ensure the health, safety, and comfort of future guests. I am requesting that management review this matter and respond accordingly. Thank you for your time. "
