I never received the information so I had to call and that resulted in a delay in check-in. Other than that everything was perfect. "

"The Grand Hotel in Torquay has an excellent position when travelling without a car. The hotel is a minute away from Torquay station on one side, four minutes at the back (which means disability access to both train platforms). The beach is right across the road. The bus stops are in front of the hotel, going to the port and central town.
