Staff were excellent they lady who checked us in was so helpful and efficient Close to the pub next door where we had a delicious dinner. Bed comfy could not fault it for the price we paid for the night very economical

This hotel was named “budget” and the price was very cheap. Our room could have used some maintenance, but the bed was very comfortable. We couldn’t get the TV to turn on and we told the gentleman at the front desk and he had it working when we returned from dinner (2 for 1 meal’s on a Sunday night right next door!).

It is a budget stay. Don't go in expecting a 5star resort. It has a bed, toilet, shower. For a overnight stop over it fitted our need perfectly and was good enough. Thank you.

Very small room with no room for two people to sit on chairs and very tight space to open luggage. Cleaner room, bathroom was very small and there was the warning not to have the bathroom door open whilst showering as the steam may set off the smoke detector alarm!?!! The pub next door was noisy till late, and their food prices had drastically risen since our last visit two years ago. Overall still good value comparatively to other places at short notice.

Exhaust fan for bathroom wasn't working so thats a health violation, mould in the bathroom had been painted over, shower nearly flooded the room, was told you couldn't have shower door open without fire alarm going off which would have charged me 1800 dollars if it did, bed was comfortable tho

I booked a double room and got put in the double with bunk on top. 1 night wouldn’t have been bad but I was there for 5 nights. Also no fridge in the room as advertised. I was moved into a room with just the double bed and fridge but this had just been painted and the fumes / smell was awful and made me feel unwell. So back in the first room. They did put a fridge in the room for me the next day. My bathroom was very old / dirty. Walls had mould on. The hotel has new owners and they are trying to improve the place but it does need it. Hopefully they get it fixed up quick as location was convenient and is reasonably priced.

Was a great location, room wasn't the best. Box with 2 single beds, tiny, no cupboard, fridge or anything. Not much space to put bag. Lino floor, beds on wheels, so it moved constantly. Had to move bed, when doing that there were dirty towels under bed and filth under bed. Sheet had what appeared to be an old blood stain on this other side, visible when bed was moved. Both bed sheets had hair on them. One thin pillow on each bed and no extra pillows or blankets in room. Great aircon. Tv is tiny, remote had no battery. Bathroom was tiny, no space, shower curtain rod completely rusted, shower itself had no room, the floor was one level so floor was completely wet after shower. There was a very strong chemical smell. With all this my travel partner wanted to leave. We did end up leaving and only stayed one of the two booked and paid for nights. It was a shame as I am grateful for any accommodation, this one was very unfortunate.
