Undercover parking does fill up quickly, but there is plenty of overflow parking a short distance from the towers, or for those staying at the Terraces, along the side of the drive. We will take your feedback on board about power and USB points for future renovations. The Executive rooms have had the most refurbishment of all our rooms yet are only a few dollars more per night than the Resort rooms, representing good value for money as you've said. It's worth noting that some of our other rooms are also accessible by stairs only, and as always, we recommend calling ahead to discuss any specific needs. We understand undercover parking can be limited, especially of an evening, due to the design of the building and grounds. Hi Teena,You booked one of our Economy rooms which are our base-level rooms - in the future I would recommend staying in one of our Resort or Executive rooms as they have been renovated recently. As you only stayed for one night, I imagine that you didn't have the chance to utilize all of the amazing facilities our resort has to offer! We have three swimming pools, tennis courts, a basketball court, and are within walking distance to Charlesworth Bay Beach.We hope that on your return to Coffs Harbour you will stay with us again for a little longer to take the time to enjoy the entire resort.

You're quite right about the Wi-Fi, most of our Economy rooms don't have it. While we are working with room owners to update this, we recommend booking a Resort or Executive room if Wi-Fi is important to your stay. It's worth noting that mobile reception can be minimal in some parts of the resort, and poor for Optus and Vodafone. We'd love to welcome you back for an even better stay next time!

The studios all have a small bar fridge in the kitchenette, with a kettle, toaster, micrcowave and complimentary tea & coffee. We know the Economy rooms are in need of refurbishments, and they are priced accordingly, but are earmarked for renovations, hopefully in the near future! On busy days, check-in time does get pushed back as cleaners need time to clean all of the rooms. Sometimes there are 70+ rooms to clean between the hours of 10am and 2pm.
