Matilda, at check in, was enormously helpful with arrangements at Rifugio Auronzo, and suggestions for places to visit and restaurants to try, making reservations for us. "Very cozy, almost bed and breakfast vibes. The views were amazing, and the staff were all very accommodating. Our room wasn’t made up in time when we were checking in so they gave us a free drink and quickly made it up for us. "Upon arrival, we were able to pay 15 EU to park right behind the hotel in downtown Cortina. We had an amazing stay at Hotel Aquila - our room had a wrap around balcony with beautiful views of the city and mountains, and the hotel's location is walkable to all the shops and restaurants. Our room was very clean and spacious and the curtains blocked out the morning sun. Amazing stay!"

"I couldn’t imagine a better place to stay while in Cortina. It’s the staff that are top notch. Ciro the concierge was absolutely fantastic in helping us plan our ski days.
