"This was one of the best city hotels that we have ever stayed in. The service, the property , the food and the facilities were incredible.
We had an amazing room and could not find any fault with it. However the best thing about our stay were the staff. They were attentive, friendly and helpful. There was never a day when we didn’t get great service.
A special thanks to Abhi, the waiters in the sea lounge especially Godyi. Percy who did the heritage tour was amazing. The housekeeping staff were...

"Very friendly staff
An excellent indian breakfast
Bed very comfortable.
Hotel is probably in the middle of a reservation, bamboo scaffold on outside.
Tv, air-conditioning, safe and microwave all needed fixing.
Beer on the terrace bar was out of date.
Did actually enjoy my stay there."

"Excellent staff and good room and bathroom. Breakfast pretty god and very good value all round. Several bars and restaurants in the locality. Fairly easy walk to the sights. A metro station about 15 minutes walk. Worth trying as it's modern and pretty unused. The only problem was a lot of noise from a bar directly below our room that went on until 1.30!!"

"3 stars is only because of location and cleanliness. The service was below what you will get in a hotel in India. We had to ask several times to get the room cleaned, there is no tea/coffee and kettle in the room, or room service available. It is very basic. But the location and price are good."
