"Staff were friendly, but so slow. Service in bars was very bad. Restaurant was manic and whilst staff tried to clear tables often people were walking around waiting for tables. Food was very low in standard and choice. Often cold and not replenished. Its the worse food ive had in Antalya region. Rooms ok, basic and relatively clean. Bedding and towels are tired. The hotel grounds are small by comparison to others in Antalya. There was no quiet areas to sit or adult only areas. I found it extremely noisy. The pool is clean. Turkish ala carte fair. Snack area ok. The hotel serve awful coffee, even in patisserie. Alcohol quality is not the best but ok. "

"Currently here again in Masmavi - our 8th visit. Can't wait to book again next year. The hotel, the food and everyone that works in Masmavi have made our holiday amazing again! Special shout out to Guest Relations Ulas Yaman and Serdar who were super efficient and any issues resolved immediately. The two tennis coaches were simply fantastic - Emre and Engin. Their tennis lessons are of a very high standard and off the court they're the nicest guys you could meet. And lastly our lovely room maid Ozlem - very efficient and friendly - never stops smiling. We will definitely be back next year - thank you Masmavi!"

"The hotel on the whole is 5* plus. The staff are brilliant. Hotel very clean. Great for families and couples. Food is superb 👌 "

"Great hotel with nice heated pools, aquapark and restaurants. Food is truly amazing. We choose pool room and have 2 kids and I don’t recommend these rooms if you have kids. The hotel is huge and hard to walk to pools, beach and other areas from these rooms. Buggies are not available all the time. In fact, for 2 days we couldn’t catch a buggy without waiting at least 20 mins. Other staff helped us a few times to get around and they also helped us complain about this. Next days buggies were fast and efficient. Also, our room pool was not clean when we arrived, next day we asked for it to clean and it was taken care of. Overall great hotel and highly recommend but we had room specific issues. I wouldn’t choose this kind of room again with my kids."

"We had a couple of nights in luxury at this spa hotel. It is well appointed with good communal areas and plenty of facilities. The rooms are clean and have a fridge and tea/coffee facilities as well as a safe. There is the spa which is free to use but you pay for massages which has an indoor/outdoor pool plus sauna and steam room. There are numerous outdoor pools plus games areas. There is a private beach with adult only area and a large beach bar and restaurant. The main restaurant is a buffet with lots of choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner and a number of speciality restaurants. There is also a patisserie. "
