"Fabulous stay , will definitely be back"

"We arrived to a beautiful, clean well equipped cottage. Colin, our host, was very friendly and helped us to settle in. "

"This is a belter of a property to stay in. The bedrooms are comfortable, stylish and clean . The hosts have thought about everything to make this a stress free break, with their attention to detail and care showing right the way through. The location is great a 2 minute walk to Fistral beach and 10 minute walk into Newquay. There is also the bonus of the lovely view from the lounge area which has plenty of comfy seating for six guests . We would highly recommend this property. "

"The location was fantastic, so close to the water. The apartment was clean, had everything we could have needed for a short break, perfect for our family."

"I booked the property for a family of four and can't fault any part of it. The communication throughout was excellent and the property was perfect for our needs. The property is a stones throw from the town centre and harbour but is quiet and peaceful. It was very clean and had all the requirements for a comfortable stay. I would definitely book this property again. "

"Best about the accomodation is being on top of the hill overlooking the sea. Comfortable for a group of 4 persons. Nice hot shower, spacious twin bedroom with bath, cozy place to rest at the end of the day after Eden project and St Ives. Malcolm and Linda were reached able via mobile and email. We didn't have a car but the flat is near St Austell train station, it’s about 25 mins walk. There are buses. But Taxi difficult to book, long waiting time."

"Clean well presented accommodation, check was easy and well communicated, parking was easy to find with the addition of photos to help. Good location and pet friendly, close to town with a few steep steps but you quickly get used to that. Maybe a parasol would be nice to go with the table and chairs outside, even more so in this current heat wave. Make sure you bring some milk/water with you, if your after a tea/coffee after that long drive down, think that was the only thing missing would be a...
