"Airport shuttle is by chance They say every 5 minutes however the airport is a short walk right across the hotel. If you can walk with your luggage you will save time rather than wait for a shuttle that might not show up at 3:30am"
Courtyard by Marriott Spokane Downtown at the Convention Ctr
10/10 Excellent
"The rooms were well equipped, modern, and clean. The river view was very nice.
J.M., the Operations Manager, did our check-in. She was professional, friendly, and fun. She remembered us from last year
P., one of the maintenance staff, greeted us and also told us he remembered us from last year.
The two Bistro employees, E. and S., were fun and professional. They gave us some recommendations on what to get for the complimentary breakfast. We chose the burrito, which was great.
(I can't put the employee names in this review, you know who you are. ;) )"
"Older hotel that has been updated. It was clean and the room a nice size. The pool was not open during my stay. The laundry room requires either quarters or using an app with a minimum balance load of $10."
"We were in area for three days exploring. Awesome facility. Great staff! Restaurant staff were exceptional. Friendly, timely and professional. Breakfast area and food were outstanding. Spacious room with balcony and beautiful bathroom. Nice size pool and hot tub. Location was perfect. Outside Spokane traffic but close enough. Airport is a short distance. Lots of great shopping. Will stay again."
"The property was nicely located right in the center of everything. Everything was within a walking distance. If you don't feel like walking there's always a scooters and bikes available to rent. The room is well maintained, outdoor pool is awesome."
"This is a beautiful hotel and walking distance to so much. I was disappointed that at check in there was only one person on duty and I had to wait 15 minutes to check in because the man in front of me had some sort of problem. Same goes for checking out. There was no key drop box that I could see and she was helping someone. When I asked if I could just give her my key she got an attitude. I was surprised with a hotel of that size that only one person was at the desk especially for check ins."
"Actually such a cool place! While our stay wasn’t perfect, there was a lot really positive things about this place so I’ll start there! Check in was quick and informative! Staff was friendly and knowledgeable as well. Love the access to the rec center with a large pool, large hot tub and additional choice of sauna or steam room. The game room was a hit and we also loved the mini golf corse and the basketball court. Additionally, there are DVDs available to rent which I thought was a really nice touch.
We were only here for a couple nights during a trip to Silverwood theme park but over all it was a neat place worth the price! There were a few things that I think should be mentioned.
Parking is tricky. It’s a large area and it’s a timeshare so I think other guests are just time share members. I left my spot that was near the building that we had a room in because I needed to run to town to get some medicine for an emergency and when I returned about 30 minutes later, my spot was taken, and I had to park all the way at the other end.
We could not figure out how to work the tv! Let me be clear, we could turn on the tv, we could not get any of the cable channels to work. Nothing would load up, and we then realized that we should have rented one of those DVDS. And now i understand why those are available! I’ve been raised and grown up with electronics, so I know how to work things even though I’m older I also was with teenagers who know how to work electronics and none of us"
