"Fairly quiet, except some obnoxious vehicle revving noises and inconsiderate guest pouncing around in the early morning hours on the floor above. Comfortable space, very comfy bed and pillows with a really cool kitchen and bath. Has a white noise sound device instead of a silly alarm clock. Mobile access(doors,locks)worked surprisingly well. "Stayed in Seattle for the weekend, stayed at the Ballard Suites! We didn’t bring a car, but relied on public transportation. There was a bus stop near by that was super convenient! Yummy places to eat nearby! Friendly and easy communication with Vince. Will most likely stay again if visiting Seattle! "

"We stayed here 2 nights. There were 4 kids 2 adults and it was perfect. We felt safe and comfortable. It had plenty of space for us all and is quiet. Only thing is if you're going ro use the couch hideaway bed bring your own sheets and blankets because there is nothing there."

"Absolutely loved it. Had a plan to meet family from Bellingham. This was close and a thousand times nicer than staying in a hotel in the City. We didn't want to leave! No A/C but it didn't feel hot even when it was 82 degrees out. There was a ceiling fan in bedroom and living room. Lots of kitchen ware for cooking and baking but strangely no skillet so we cooked our eggs in a large sauce pan. Depending on who you book through you might have to pay for internet, which just seems outdated and...

"A nice suite with condiments in the kitchen. Makes me feel like coming home after a day out. Good coffee supplied and a nice sharp cutting knife ready to make dinner. Other little things around that make it feel like a home. In winter take warm cushy socks as the door opens to the living room and makes it cool on the floor. Not able to control heat, but it was at a temperature I liked -maybe not for others? I will look for this place again when needed"
