"Every thing was great except for the cafe. 2 mornings in a row I couldn’t get food. The lounge was completely empty and I was told they were too busy to help me. This morning a man took a single order. I then asked for a breakfast burrito. He told me he was too busy. Then he proceeded to drink his coffee and check things off of a list."

"I absolutely loved my stay here. The staff is what really makes this place special! Our first room had an AC issue and she quickly got us into another room. They treated my 3 year old with such kindness. Very outgoing staff. The food was amazing and open late. The rooftop bar looked cool, although I didn’t go up there. The only thing I could complain about is I think the beds could’ve been more comfortable. I felt like the beds were more on the cheap side and kinda hard/thin."

"I like the property location to MGM theatre. It is open and fresh. I especially liked there was shuttle bus service to the casino & resort. Breakfast is included which is a nice perk as well. The one restaurant is only available for breakfast which is unfortunate. My only disappointment was my reservation did not include an accessible room and when I asked to be moved I was told there were no other rooms available. The cost to stay here is upwards of $350 nightly. For that price I should have been able to get the room I originally booked. The staff is pleasant & nice otherwise."
