"Dean C. was wonderful and great to meet. He runs a amazing ship here! This place is special and wonderful for any length of time. The secret spot is the Garden. You’ll have to see it to believe it. Because of that garden, I will never stay any place else in London!!!!!!! The staff is so nice. Every single person is so sweet. Anything you need they’re there for you at any moment. The the bar with egg whites, and gin… ask for it it’s the best you’ll be hooked. Breakfast in the morning...

"We had an excellent stay at this cozy, historic hotel. We stayed in Room #10, and although it was on the smaller side, it had everything we needed and was tastefully decorated. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the Hammersmith Underground station, which made it an ideal base for exploring the city throughout our stay. "The staff was very friendly and helpful! We had supper at the pub downstairs a couple of times and our food was fantastic. The area was mostly quiet (the World Cup finals were on while we were there, so that was exciting) and an easy tune line to the big tourist attractions. Would definitely stay there again’"

"We loved the Oliver Plaza. It was very clean and the staff were helpful. We arrived an early and the room was still ready which was helpful since we flew in from the States. It is very close to the tube and we felt safe walking around at night. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much!"

"The location was fantastic - it was on a very quiet side street only a couple minutes walk from restaurants, the tube and a supermarket. The staff were friendly, and always willing and able to help. The room was basic, but had working air conditioning and a very convenient kitchen area, with an oven, microwave, and refrigerator, which all came in handy. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but everything else was great."

"When we walked into the room, I was really pleased to see that it was just as you see in the photographs. It was clean, spacious and the bathroom was really nice too. It was well decorated and had plenty of storage for our clothes, as well as an iron, hairdryer and coffee machine. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was cleaned while we were out for the day. So we came back to a fresh room. The room had air con, and a good fan to keep us cool, which was helpful in the hot...

"Stayed here after going to a concert at Wembley. Two adults, four teenage girls, the room had a double bed and two sets of bunks. The room was great, exactly what we needed. Comfortable beds, a clean bathroom, complete with toiletries and towels. They provided really nice coffee bags instead of the cheap instant granules found in a lot of hotels. All in all, it was a great stay. Nice and close to the underground and lots of options for food. The staff were so friendly and helpful."
