"My stay was very brief, however everything, from the comfortable bed, and clean room, to the breakfast before leaving was wonderful. I also appreciated that they are pet friendly!"

"Dirty room. Refrigerator did not work. No in room coffee."

"The room was outdated. Pillows SMALL... smaller than throw pillows! It was stuffy despite turning the AC down. The tub was stained and had paint chipping. But the worst? The TV remote wasn't working and the TV said to we had to set up a Samsung remote with our Smartphone. My husband tried. Was denied. I tried and denied. Called and desk clerk said they'd inform maintance. Nothing was done. Wasn't given wash rags. Desk clerk said some will be up with them. Nope. I have to stay in Bloomington...

"The room really needed an update. There were a couple of mini dead flies in the window sills. The Wallpaper was bubbling. The bed and couch were comfy. The hot tub was nice but the knobs were very hard to turn. The pool was clean but needs to be painted. The staff was Amazing. Breakfast was good."

"Never again! No comfortable chair in room, only one straight backed kitchen chair. No coffee in room, available only 6--9 am. Paint was peeling from the base of the shower, showing the under base, no way to be sure it was clean. Turn the light off...we are done!! Worst stop on a four-day trip!"

"I dare you to wipe the entire counter, table, phone, etc. Also most of the linens I saw had stains or hairs on them despite getting new ones. If this lets me attach photos and videos I will, but the cleaning staff has bad eye sight at bare minimum bc they changed the pillows into dirty cases IN FRONT OF ME and didn’t completely clean up the sauce splatter I pointed out on the nightstand. It’s been a week with no email reply from the owner."

"Tv's didn't work when we checked in. Took few hours to get them working then it kept going in and out. Worked fine in the morning. Coffee maker didnt work but they did replace it.parking was difficult making unloading luggage difficult. Staff was friendly and tried hard to be accommodating. "

"Room was completely new and remodeled. So much that the TV was brand new and not connected to cable. Not a mojor thing but worth mentioning. Brand new paint, fixtures, and furniture. Breakfast ready well before scheduled time. Waffles, eggs, and pastries. Great location."

"The bathroom floor hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned. The upholstery on the couch was dirty. When we arrived Saturday evening there was a pile of dirty towels in the hallway, they were still there the next morning. We will not stay at this property again. "

"Staff were great! We had a couple of minor problems but they were very quick to correct the issues! The Korean restaurant was very good too. "

"Don't judge a book by its cover. Upon arrival the exterior of the joint looked a bit sketchy but the inside was a completely different story. Everything was super clean and newly renovated. It was quiet and peaceful!"

"The room was ok. It was clean. I'm not sure the bedding was changed on one of the beds. Nothing that would keep me away from staying again. The breakfast was not much. The coffee was ok. The hallways smelled musty. I had to pay extra when I got there, I guess an extra tax came out of nowhere, even though I prepaid. The area was nice. You can hear the road traffic some in the room. The staff were helpful and nice."

"The bathroom toilet leaked, the room smelled of the pool chlorine ( we were on the 5th floor, facing the pool) and no staff greeted to us. Would not stay there again. "
