"Excellent location. Just minutes walking to the beach. Rooms are sufficiently sized. Breakfast is from 6am to 10am and includes a variety of bagels, yogurt, cereal/granola, hard boiled eggs, fruits, fruit juice and coffee. There is swimming pool with towels. The only thing to caution is that the property charges $10 per night parking in their premises. This was in the fine print and not explicitely disclosed during the booking."

"The location of this hotel is excellent, which is one of the main reasons we chose it. Unfortunately, our overall experience did not meet the expectations we had for a 4-star resort. One of the biggest disappointments was arriving to find that breakfast was not included as we had believed when booking through Breakaway. "Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms are large. Bathrooms could be bigger. limited Parking and you have to park on the street up to 1/4 mile down the road. Breakfast is $20 if purchased on site and is nothing more than the free breakfast you get at an ordinary hotel. Just go eat out somewhere else. Good location. Close to Coligny Plaza."

"The bathroom smelled really bad, I think it was coming from the pipes in the toilet. All lightning fixtures had cob webs as well. The air coming from room had a distinct smell that appeared to be from mold. As soon as we were in the room everyone started sneezing."

"Accessibility is a plus. It is close to the beach, restaurants, gas station, bike rental and bike path. The property was easy to locate and access. The condo was spacious enough for my family. The extras such as beach towels, chairs, toys and stroller saved us trunk space for road travel. Instructions were clear for check in and amenities. "
