"The front desk staff was outstanding. I would have to point out Lionell ( sorry if spelled incorrectly) especially for his understanding and aim to please.
Our accommodations were excellent. The pool was clean and there were plenty of towels. Courtesy all around at this place. I would not hesitate to recommend it to travelers headed for State College."

"The bathroom wasn’t clean when we arrived. The photos that are listed of the property are probably of it when they first opened. The room I booked was suppose to have 2 queen beds, but instead I got 1 queen and 1 full. It had no outside area. "The hotel was clean enough but lots of garbage laying around the outside of the property that took more than a day to clean up. We stayed 3 nights and asked a room attendant who was right outside our door to please just empty the garbage, nothing else needed done and she said ok. We came back that night and she didn’t empty them- I don’t think anyone came into the room and of the 3 days we were there.

"If you are a light sleeper you will want to request the top floor. You can hear so much through the ceiling. We had children running constantly above our room and down the halls. Breakfast didn’t offer as many options as other hotels.
No exhaust fan in the bathrooms.
Good hot water and shower pressure but weird placement of hand soap pump and also toilet paper dispenser."

"House was beautifully maintained 1700’s house with modern amenities. Bathroom was recently renovated and modern. Bed was firm yet comfortable - I was told it was a brand new mattress and I was the first to sleep on it.
Breakfast was delicious! Hosts super nice and were accommodating to guests schedules as to when to serve breakfast. Ask for the Blueberry Bramble - it was delicious, I need to recipe."
