"The property was clean, and the staff was excellent, would stay there again, the only issue is when I booked it said parking was included and when I got there it was not. We were leaving our car for a few days while we went on vacation so we needed parking. I even called the hotel number to confirm the day before and they said yes. When I asked the front lobby attendant she let me know that unfortunately Expedia has been saying parking is included when it isn't and the phone number I called...

"Couldn't get hold of transport when flight came in late at night. Started doubting. On drive over website said last check in at 12 - flight in at 12:30 but did tell 2 different staff we were coming in late. Worried we weren't going to have the room we reserved. SARAH was amazing, no attitude, no blame, no "why didn't you". It was such a relief on how she treated us, it was emotional! She was awesome. We troubleshot the issue to get to the bottom of it. They could not have been nicer! They asked if they could do anything to help including sending some herbal tea. Anything at all.
