I was told by the lady, in broken English, that I could not call outside the hotel. I was very frightened. The pool was closed. I was initially told the pool was out of season. At a separate time. "The only signage for the motel is the ok motel. The property in generally was poorly kept, the room was sparse and smelled heavily of cleaner, the neighborhood was questionable. I am surprised this hotel is on HOTELS.com at all. Never met with the staff, I did receive a phone call advising of the signage. "This property is old and not well maintained. While the room was clean(ish) the common areas like hallways, stairs, and elevator were dirty. Stains on carpeting, stains on bedding, stains on towels! Patchwork repairs such as mismatch pain etc everywhere. While the front desk staff was nice, there was zero hostility! I asked for extra pillows and a blanket which took 24 hrs to arrive. "Breakfast was good and they had sugar free syrup and jelly, which i need. Shuttle was good to the baseball game. Right across from 6 flags, near ball parks, and halfway between ft worth and dallas. I would stay here again!"
