"My family and I absolutely loved this hotel. The hotel alone had so many great amenities that we could enjoy. We were able to get into the parks an hr early and enjoy before the crowd got in. That hr was definitely worth it. The staff was amazing, very nice, very helpful, and very appreciative. I would recommend this hotel to everyone, and will book again in the future."

"When we checked in no information was given to us we didn’t know that to exit the hotel. We had to use our room key. We eventually had to pay out-of-pocket and then get reimbursement as a credit.
The sink in my bathroom kept clogging, and it seemed to have a really hard bed for the price we paid"

"When we first checked in, our room was not great. Smelled like chlorine, the fridge didn’t work, the phone didn’t work and the maintenance person left a radio on the desk. However, they promptly moved us to another room on the same floor with none of those issues. There was nothing offered for the inconvenience which should have been standard for customer service, but overall it was fine once we moved to the new room."
