Where do I start! 1st when we arrived....it smelt like 420 and maple syrup. Sign all over mentions no smoking but that didn't matter.
When walking into the room, Roaches. Just everywhere crawling. Floor was dirty, there was a roach on top of fridge and you could see that roaches live there because of poop. I went to speak to front desk, she informed me that this was the 1st complaint, later that evening i checked the reviews. Was offered a new room, checked it out and NOPE, same issue. Manager was auppose to call me and i have yet to receive a call. There were 2 front desk staff that took my name and number to give to manager. I did my best to clean up what I could, but the smell, roaches and everything else was just too much. When I asked for new towels, i was given, but when i mentioned that house keeping did not come by and refil, front desk mentioned to me that house keeping is only done on a bi weekly basis if you are staying there for 2 weeks. We were just there for the weekend and everywhere else was booked. We travel ALOT, and this is the 1st time we have stayed somewhere and left a bad review. It was just tooooo much. Too much went on in that place and all our stuff just smells of that place. I feel we were placed in a dirty room. We had a dedicated roach trash can.
