We had two rooms. Reasonably clean. Walk paper peeling off the walls, probably from the humidity but the room was very musty smelling. Used the outdoor stairs to parking lot, very dirty lots of cobwebs not very welcoming. Booked through Expedia so was constantly reminded that we have no benifits because we booked through a third party. Still booked your hotel so not sure why that should matter.

Amazing location, super clean all around (and like smelt clean too), newer updated rooms. Our only issue was the breakfast. The hot items were not good (the eggs tasted funny and the potatoes were barely cooked). If you like cereal/toast/yogurt/boiled eggs it looked decent, but we saw there were hot options and we couldn't resist trying.

Rooms were well equipped and beds very comfortable. Included breakfast was very adequate but not sure about paper plates and wooden cutlery? Crumbling stonework just outside the hotel entrance did not create a good first impression. All in all though, very good value for money.
