Khách sạn Collinsville

"It was a nice clean room clean and good size. Mattress could use an upgrade and the water was barely warm."

"Room was spacious and beautiful! Loved the grounds! Breakfast was delicious!"

"Best things about this hotel - close it is to Winstar Casino without the high price tag vs other hotels - cleanliness - breakfast Some of the downsides for me were - some lamps didn't have an on/off switch. You have to unplug and plug back in - the AC doesn't stay on even when left on on mode. It turns off as if it's in auto. - bed make a thump noise when layed on Overall, very good place for price and location"

"The breakfast was alright..the staff was great..and the room was good too! Have stayed here multiple times..will be back!! Easy parking and food near by(Cracker Barrel)"

"Easy to get to off of I35"

"We were cooked a full breakfast the next morning, had our beds turned down with chocolates and banana bread waiting for us in our room upon arrival. I have never felt so pampered and rested and all this while enjoying the environment of a 140 year old manor. My husband needed some time away from the busy life of teenagers and now we will be back yearly."

"I called the number on the drawer letting me know that that was the office because no one was there. When they answered the phone. They seem annoyed and asked me if I even had a reservation. And finally unlocked the door to a Small and uncomfortable office. That should have been my cue to leave. The room smelt bad when I walked in it and had no air running so it was over 80°. It was filthy."

"Room was dirty, ceiling tiles were falling out, breakfast was limited, tv didn’t work after we got it working we were unable to shut it off so I just unplugged it so we could sleep. Curtains were stained, smells like mould, I will not be back. First Super 8 I’ve seen this bad."

"Cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in."

"No amenities in bathroom toilet paper spool was empty we had to request face towels and bath towels put trash out side in the morning and the trash was still outside late"

"There was mold in the bathroom of room 128. The room smelled musty. The curtains didn’t block the light from coming in. I had a terrible night’s sleep here."

"I had a hard time at check in repeatedly. Although I was on a company trip I was forced to use my out of pocket cash to obtain a room that was already registered, then the price went up at the check in counter."
